Toph sipped at her punch as she "watched" Aang and Katara dance. The music was lively and the dance was majestic. They moved and swayed together as if they were synchronized down to their heartbeats. Toph didn't understand why they weren't together yet. It was obvious that they were in love. Totally distracted by her thoughts, she didn't notice Sokka sit down next to her.
"They're really good together," he observed.
Toph nearly jumped out of her seat when he spoke, "Jeez, I didn't notice you there."
Sokka grinned and stroked his fake beard.
"But yeah, they do."
Sokka's eyes lit up, "Why don't we go dance?"
It was just an idea, and an innocent question, but Toph reddened at the thought of the two of them dancing. Toph had only danced a couple of times, and that was with her dad. Sokka didn't notice her blush. "I'm not dancing with you unless you take off the beard," she insisted. She crossed her arms, trying to hide how uncomfortable she felt.
"What? You don't like it?" he asked, petting his faux facial hair.
"You're so embarrassing," she teased.
"Come on," he grabbed her hand, "let's go."
At the touch of his hand, she blushed again, but Toph let him pull her onto the dance floor.
"You ever danced before?" he asked.
"Sure," she replied, "At my dad's parties and stuff."
"Good. 'Cause I haven't"
They were alone in this section of the cave. Everyone else was watching the main show- Aang and Katara. Sokka took her hands and led the dance. Their dance was not flamboyant or flashy like Aang and Katara's, but rather clumsy. Toph twirled and spun, relying more on Sokka than her feet for guidance. Her heart fluttered and his stomach swirled. As the song came to an end, Sokka pulled her in closer to him so they were up against each other. He looked into her pale jade eyes and smiled.
They probably looked absolutely ridiculous. Sokka seemed like a grown man wearing his beard, and Toph just a small girl, but they didn't care. They were Toph and Sokka.
"Thank you," Toph said, her cheeks turning pink, "That was fun." With that, she floated back to her spot at the table. She felt like doing cartwheels.

Tokka- Stories
"There was once a time when the world felt unbalanced. A time when a brave warrior was needed to help the Avatar end the 100 year war."
A tall man stood beside a crib; his hair pulled back into a long ponytail that rested at the back of his head. The hair on the sides of his head had been shaved, while a long goatee rested on his strong jaw. His blue eyes contrasted to his tan skin.
A tiny baby lying in the crib stared up at the tall man, gurgling sounds that could only be acknowledged as attempts at words. In a single movement, the man pulled away from the crib and pulled a sword from his hip. He danced with the wind that filled the room,

Night of the Firelilies - Part 8
The night was warm, with a slight breeze coming in from the west that swayed the paper lanterns hanging across the gardens. Bushes were trimmed beautifully, and people wandered about in elegant clothing with elegant expressions on their faces. Evening had fallen, and everything seemed to have a warm glow. In the center of a small, circular garden, was a patch of firelilies, still curled in their bulbs, waiting for the moonlight to hit them. The clinking of glasses and quiet laughter created a comfortable atmosphere, making the festival seem more like a large dinner party, which in some respects it was, considering the large buffet at the

Tokka Week 2011: Mother
Mother
From Sokka's POV
"Come on, Toph, push!" urged Katara from her place at the foot of the bed.
Toph took a deep breath, gripped my hand tighter, and pushed, releasing another stream of colorful words. My hand was so purple that I was sure it would fall off any second; I heard my knuckles crack in Toph's hand, but I didn't try to loosen her grip. Instead, I leaned down and gave her a quick kiss on her lips, effectively cutting her off mid-swear.
"Watch your mouth, beautiful," I said, earning myself a glare from my wife.
"Next time," she panted, "I'll let you have the baby!"
"Almost there, Toph!" Katara

Anyway, I got this idea (That has probably been done before) when I was watching "The Headband". I wondered, "What were Toph and Sokka doing all this time...?" So this happened. It's definitely not my best, but just enjoy the Tokka fluffies >.<

LOL. For some reason, the idea of Toph (the blind one) and Sokka (the clumsy one) dancing together is really quite...well, funny (but sweet too, of course :3)
